Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of webforgestudio.co and any services you purchase from Web Forge Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a call or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Web Forge Studio provides website design and development services for local businesses. Our standard offering includes:

  • Custom website design based on your existing brand
  • A static HTML/CSS website delivered within 7 business days of receiving all required materials
  • Deployment to a hosting environment

The exact scope is agreed upon during our initial call and confirmed before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we require you to provide:

  • Your logo (in a usable format - PNG or SVG preferred)
  • Any photos or images you want used on the site
  • Written content (text) for each page, or approval of our copy suggestions
  • Timely feedback - delays in your responses may delay delivery

We cannot begin production work until all required materials are received.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full before the final website files are delivered or the site goes live. We will send an invoice via email. We accept payment via methods specified on the invoice.

The free preview we provide before purchase is a design mockup only - it does not constitute delivery of the final product and does not obligate either party.

4. Revisions

Our standard package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions after the initial design is presented. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the agreed scope (colors, copy, layout tweaks). Requests that significantly expand the scope may be quoted separately.

5. Refund Policy

Because our work is custom and time-based, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you cancel before we start production, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. If you are unhappy with the result, we will work with you through the revision process to reach a satisfactory outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website files delivered to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You represent that any content, logos, or images you provide to us are either owned by you or that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for intellectual property issues arising from materials you supply.

7. Maintenance Plan

Our optional monthly maintenance plan ($49/month) covers hosting, uptime monitoring, minor text and photo updates, and priority support. This plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Web Forge Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your website. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes apply to new engagements entered into after the updated date above. Ongoing projects are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
